The Road to Damascus is a Bumpy One!

Saturday Craig and I decided to partake in a favored Tri-Cities past time... mountain biking on the Virginia Creeper Trail! This 35 mile, former railway trail winds through mountains, farmland, and alongside the Holston River. While we did not complete the full ride down to Abington, we did successfully bike 17 miles from Whitetop to Damascus in a little over two hours! It was a lot of fun until the tire on my bike went FLAT less than halfway through our trip. Needless to say, the second half of our journey was pretty bumpy! Anyway, we survived and had a GREAT time in the process!!!
