Weekend Fun

This past weekend Craig and I went back to the Virginia Creeper Trail to do a little more mountain biking. This time we were joined by a few of Craig's coworkers, the oldest of them being in his mid-sixties. Thankfully, no one broke a bone or had a heart attack!

Best of all... while riding down the trail we met an 82 year old man who bikes a total of 64 miles from Abingdon to White Top and then back to Abingdon FIVE days a week, EVERY week! So far he's ridden over 110,000 miles on the Creeper Trail! Amazing for an 80+ year old man!
