More Snow!

Friday night we had another big snow storm hit the Tri-City area. What a special way to commemorate Bailey turning 6 weeks old by recreating the snow storm she was born in... thankfully this time we didn't end up losing power at our house for 3 days. Anyway, the prediction was 7-12 inches for the area and boy did this storm deliver! We went to sleep Friday night with just a very light dusting and woke up Saturday morning with around 8 to 8 1/2 inches. The snow continued most of the day, so I'm not sure what we ended up with by the end of the day.
To put it in perspective, just look at the layer of snow on our patio set!Believe it or not this is AFTER the snow plow
came through several times to clear our street.

Sydney, as usual had a blast running around and eating mouthfuls of snow!

Today the sun decided to come out and the snow began to melt a little, so we decided to bundle Bailey up and snap a couple quick pictures in the snow. Many thanks to GB for the warm baby sweater and to Nanny for the lovely cap and blanket! They kept our little snow angel nice and toasty!
This winter has turned out to be the snowiest winter Kingsport has seen in a very, VERY long time. It's certainly the snowiest winter I have ever experienced! I wonder what the rest of the season has in store for us?
